Welcome to the new website for the South West Children's Heart Circle. We hope you find the information contained on this site useful. We will be continuing to add information over the coming months so please let us know if there are additional things you would like to see in the future. The Heart Circle is a support group trying to help children and their families, before, during and after cardiac surgery in the Bristol Royal Children's Hospital. The Heart Circle's main priority is to provide support to families of children with heart defects. Some of the ways we offer this support need funding, including the running of a caravan that offers subsidised breaks for families. We also try to provide funding to the hospitals in the region for equipment that would not normally be available on the NHS, but makes a real difference to children. A great example of this is the Telemedicine suite based in Bristol. To offer these things we need to raise funds, find out how you can support the Heart Circle. The Heart Circle is run entirely by volunteers.
